Building & Housing
Axsys constructs commercial, institutional, leisure and residential developments. We offer our clients innovative construction techniques that address technical, financial and environmental challenges unique to property development. We specialise in the delivery of affordable housing projects for the public sector, including mass housing, staff housing, social housing, hostel block- as well as student accommodation.
Civils & Structures
Axsys’s expertise spans the full spectrum of national, regional, municipal and township infrastructure construction. Our expertise within the water sector extends to institutional waste-water treatment facilities; water purification works; waste-water storage reservoirs; and water, sewage and storm water reticulation that support the development of township infrastructure.
Marine
Our marine experience spans the construction of jetties, docks, quay walls, breakwaters, marine piling and caissons. In addition to offering pre-cast concrete construction solutions, we also provide structural repair and concrete rehabilitation services for marine structures.
An Axsys Projects/Stefanutti Stocks Coastal joint venture completed the mega Maydon Wharf marine project, at the Durban harbour, in November 2018.
Roads & Earthworks
Axsys undertakes the construction of transport, water and mining sector specific infrastructure. Our capabilities range from the earthworks through to the construction of roads and bridges through to reservoirs, irrigation, pipelines and weirs. Our services to the mining sector include earthworks, terraces, crushing and screening, haul roads, pipelines and water treatment plants.
