The project entails the supply, delivery and construction of rock scour protection at the Iron Ore Jetty in the Port of Saldanha, in order to provide stability and alleviate scouring to the caisson foundations.  Quantities included 5 521 tons of scour rock (100-200kg) and 1104 tons of scour rock (50-100kg).
